Kaitlyn Lloyd is a Tacoma-based muralist, artist, and educator specializing in custom murals and commissioned artwork throughout the Pacific Northwest. Inspired by Washington's forests, shorelines, wildlife, and native plant life, she often returns to these familiar subjects that sparked her curiosity and wonder for the natural world as a child. Through painting, she explores the relationship between memory and place, revisiting the experiences that shaped her upbringing.

What began as a lifelong passion became a full-time career in 2022. Today, Kaitlyn creates custom murals and commissioned artwork throughout Washington State. From realism to abstract and everything in between, her versatility as an artist allows her to tailor each piece and adapt to styles and techniques that best bring each client's vision to life.

Teaching has been a constant throughout her artistic career. Kaitlyn began teaching paint-and-sip classes in 2009 and has since expanded into watercolor and drawing classes, as well as private instruction. She enjoys creating calm, supportive environments where artists of all ages and experience levels feel comfortable exploring their creativity and developing their artistic strengths.
